ManyChat customer support team is amazing.

The problem is establishing communication can be challenging. But once you get in contact with one of support staff, they will go all out to help you.

It’s important to know all of your options for making progress with ManyChat support.

This article covers the best strategies for getting the help you need.

Contacting ManyChat support

If you’re having a technical issue and looking to contact support, there are several ways.

My favorite way is to use Manychat live chat support. I’ve personally used it many times and I’m impressed with how fast they respond. I was able to get in touch with a customer support representative within minutes. But this may vary depending on your timezone or how busy they are at that time.

The live chat support can be difficult to find at first. You can find it at the bottom right corner of your backend called “Live Support”.

After you click it, you’ll see different options to choose from. Pick the one based on what you need and send your message.

If you can’t be on live chat, the next best way is to submit support ticket at

Or from ManyChat backend, you can click on “Help” and “Submit Ticket”.

Then you need to specify what issues you are having. Fill in as much detail as possible so they can best serve you.

What are my options?

When you have technical issues, the first thing that I would recommend you do is to use the “Refresh Permissions” button. (Click on Help > Refresh Permissions)

For some unexplained reasons, this magical button can solve a lot of issues.

Although it’s not a place to get help from the support team, you can get help from helpful ManyChat users.
